Summer Basketball League
Football / Cheerleading
Flag football uses the spirit of competition to learn the FUNdamental skills of football to prepare young athletes in a non-contact game. The season uses a "building block" approach in which new skills are introduced each week in a single, one-hour weekday practice then applied in a one hour game on Saturday.
Kids will get a playbook that will add new challenges each week of the season. All games and practices take place at Norfolk Collegiate Lower school and are coincident with the Cheerleading squad practice schedule for multi-child households. The season will begin with a clinic on Saturday, September 7th from 9-11am. Practices will be Mondays or Wednesdays from 530-630pm with games on Saturday mornings. Teams will be divided on the 8th of September and weekly practice times will be assigned. The Shotgun Scrambler Division (pK-K age 3-6) will be Saturdays only from 8:00-9: 00 am starting on 14 September. The season ends on 26 October.

Testimonial
Brian, I wanted to take a quick minute to express my gratitude for your work with my daughters. I truly appreciated your ability to communicate effectively and with kindness. Your emphasis on teamwork and positive life skills is the perfect background for learning any sport. As I mentioned my oldest daughter struggles with anxiety, and the fact that you created a safe and fun environment allowed her to participate in ways that she has never done before. I was incredibly impressed with the entire program and hope to see you again for basketball.
